Service Update — 10 July 2026
Tram T1 (Linha Dourada) will operate a reduced weekend timetable during track renewal works between Lagoa Azul and Vila Marítima, from 12 July through 28 July. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your journey.

Metro
East-west metro running from São Pedro through the city centre to Alto da Colina. Serves the university, the central stadium, and the Botanic Garden.

Linha Dourada Gold Line
Tram
Scenic surface tram along the waterfront promenade and old town. Runs from Praça da República to Vila Marítima via the Cathedral and Lagoa Azul.

Linha Coral Coral Line
Ferry
Circular ferry linking all three islands. Departs from Porto Velho. Bicycles and wheelchairs welcome aboard every sailing.

Linha Laranja Orange Line
Express Bus
Airport express linking the International Airport to the city centre and hilltop terminals. The last bus runs until 01:00 — later than any other service.
