How lost property works

Items found on trains, trams and boats are handed in at the end of the run and reach Farrahald House by the next morning.
Report the loss with the form or by phone. We match descriptions against everything checked in and write to you either way.
Collect in person at the counter with photo ID, or ask us to post it: 4.00 mr within Kessamar, cost price beyond.
We keep items for 90 days. Unclaimed clothing goes to the Havedor Seafarers' Mission; other items are sold and the proceeds fund the Access Card scheme.

Bank cards and passports are handed to the harbour police the same day; contact them on +294 (0)40 555 0800.
