Every tram is checked at both termini. Ferry crews clear cabins after the last sailing, and funicular staff sweep both cars at close. Found items reach Service Hall by 10:00 the next working day.

    Use the form above or call 020 · 410 · 2020. Give the line’s local and English name, direction, approximate time and a description that is not visible from the outside.

    Wait for a positive match

    We compare your description with depot logs. If matched, we email a collection code. Please do not travel to Service Hall before receiving one.

    Collect with identification

    Bring the code and photo ID to 14 Deya Esplanade, weekdays 08:00–18:00. Outer-isle residents can request free Tuesday or Friday ferry delivery.
