Fares & passes
One simple fare structure across metro, tram and ferry. Pay with a Kro Card, contactless bank card, or cash at any station machine. Prices in kros (K).
Tickets & passes
The city — every metro and tram station — is Zone A. The outer isles of Sorra and Vehl, reached by the F1 ferry, are Zone B. An all-zones ticket covers the whole network.

Paying: the Kro Card
The Kro Card is the island's stored-value smartcard, accepted on every line since 2016. Tap in at the gate or on board; the correct fare is deducted automatically, and daily spending is capped at the price of a day pass — you never pay more than K 9.00 (or K 13.50 with ferry travel) in a day.
Cards cost K 3.00 (refundable) from station machines, the Water Market hall, and the Trensa House desk. Top up at machines, online top-up is planned for 2027.
Contactless bank cards work at every metro gate and on every tram and ferry — tap the amber reader. The same daily cap applies automatically.
Cash is accepted at all station machines (notes and kro coins). Ferries are cashless at night after 20:00.
