Lost property · Kolled — how it works

  1. Act fast. Items found on trams and metros reach the station office the same day; ferry items are handed in at the quay at the end of each sailing.
  2. Send the form below (or email kolled@treveth.velmara) with a full description — colour, brand, markings, and where you last saw it. The more detail, the faster the reunion.
  3. We keep items for 28 days. Perishables and unlabelled food are kept 24 hours; bank cards are destroyed securely after 48 hours.
  4. Collect from Treveth House with photo ID and your reference number. Unclaimed items go to island charities after 28 days.
