Fares & Passes
VMT uses a three-zone fare system. Fares are determined by the zones you travel through. Children under 7 travel free with a fare-paying adult. Concessions available for students, seniors, and persons with disabilities.

Pass Information
Day Pass
Unlimited travel on all VMT lines within your selected zones for one calendar day. Valid until 04:00 the following morning.
Weekly Pass
Seven consecutive days of unlimited travel. Starts on any day of your choice. Available on the VMT smart card only.
Monthly Pass
Thirty consecutive days of unlimited travel. Best value for regular commuters. Auto-renewal available with direct debit.
Concessions
50% discount for full-time students and passengers aged 65+. Free travel for children under 7 and registered carers. Apply at any staffed station.
