One fare structure covers the metro, tram, funicular and ferry. Pay by the zone for a single hop, or ride all day on a pass. Every fare below is built from the same rules our calculator uses.

Base fare ₡1.80 covers one zone; each further zone adds ₡0.90. A single is valid 90 minutes, changes between lines included.
Passes
Unlimited travel across all zones and all four modes.

A day pass pays for itself in about 3 two-zone singles. *Reduced fares apply to children under 12, over-65s, students and registered disabled residents.

Buying & using tickets
Where to buy
Machines at every metro and ferry gate, on board every tram and funicular car, and from the ATS app. Contactless cards and the corràn travel card are accepted everywhere.
Tap in, tap out
On the metro and ferry, tap your card or ticket at both ends so we can charge the right zone fare. On the tram and funicular, tap once on boarding.
Children & concessions
Up to two children under 6 travel free with each paying adult. Reduced fares need a valid Sarvéna concession card, available from the Palàu del Trànsit.
Refunds
If a service is cancelled or delayed more than 30 minutes, single tickets and day passes bought that day are refundable at any staffed gate within 14 days.
