Fares & Passes

Fares are zone-based: the more zones you cross, the more you pay. A single ride starts at §3.20 for one zone and tops out at §6.40 for the longest run out to the islands. Day, 7-day and monthly passes cover every line.

Single ride fares

Adult single fare = §3.20 base + §1.60 for each extra zone. Reduced fare is half; children under 6 ride free.

Passes

Unlimited travel on all five lines — metro, tram and ferry. Activates on first use.

A Day Pass pays off after three single rides in the outer zones. Monthly and 7-Day passes include the harbour tunnel and all ferry sailings.

  • Child under 6 — free
  • Carers — travel free when accompanying a reduced-fare passenger.
