- Buy at station machines, harbour kiosks, or the traveller desk at Plaça Kora. Contactless bank cards are accepted on metro and tram gates; ferries and the funicular still need a paper or app ticket.

Companions assisting a passenger who requires help travel free on the same journey when the assisted passenger holds a valid ticket or pass. Apply once at the Plaça Kora desk for a Companion Card — bring proof of need from a Vireldi health or social office.
Guide dogs and assistance animals travel free on all modes. Folding cycles are free on metro and ferry outside peak hours; the funicular and cliff tram do not carry cycles.
