Lost something on board?
Everything found on a train, boat, car, station or pier is taken to the lost property office at Nevost Quay by the end of the following day. We keep items for three months, then donate what we can to the Ilmarren Seafarers' Mission.
- Wait a day. Items found in the evening reach us the next afternoon.
- Tell us what and where. Call 01 440 6280 (09:00–17:00, Monday to Saturday), email lostproperty@veikavan.ilm, or choose Lost property in the form below. The line, the time and the direction you were travelling all help.
- Collect with ID from the travel centre, or ask us to post it. Postage is charged at cost; there is no other fee.
