Tell us what happened
Four desks, one office and one form. If you have left something on a boat or a train, the form below is the fastest way to reach the people who are holding it — and it gives you a reference number before you close the page.

Lost property and feedback
Everything found on the network reaches the Fundkontor within one working day of being handed in. Tell us what it is, where you were and when, and we will look. We answer every enquiry within three working days; if the item is already on our shelf, usually the same day.
Fields marked are required. We keep enquiry details for twelve months, then delete them.

Your reference
- The Fundkontor searches the shelf and the depot log for the date and line you gave us.
- You get an email within three working days, whether we have found anything or not. Quote the reference above if you ring in the meantime.
- Items are collected in person at the Radahus counter. The Fundkontor is open Monday to Saturday 10:00–18:00, closed on public holidays. Bring the reference and something with your name on it.
How long we keep things
Everything handed in on the network is logged at the terminus it arrives at, then moved to the Fundkontor in the Radahus. Nothing is thrown away early, and nothing is sold before the period below has run out.
| What it is | How long we hold it | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Documents, keys, wallets and cards | 90 days | Passports are passed to the harbour police after 14 days. |
| Bags, clothing, umbrellas, books | 28 days | Unclaimed items go to the Sorrafest charity sale in June. |
| Bicycles and scooters | 14 days | Held at the Tumbhald depot, not the Radahus. |
| Electronics and instruments | 90 days | Stored locked; bring proof of ownership, not just a description. |
| Food, drink and anything perishable | Not kept | Disposed of at the end of the service day. |
- Collection is free. There is no storage charge and never has been.
- We cannot post items to you, with one exception: documents, which go by registered mail at our cost anywhere in Ilvara.
- Somebody else can collect on your behalf if they bring a signed note from you and their own identification.
- Anything left on a ferry that has since sailed stays aboard until the boat berths for the night at Tumbhald, and reaches the office the next morning.
Come to the counter
Radahus4 VarnstessaOstrahaldIlvara IV-1010The Radahus stands on the north side of Varnstessa, behind the bronze doors under the copper roof. The ticket counter and the Fundkontor share the same entrance hall. Radahus ticket counter: Monday to Friday 07:30–18:30.
Varnstessa (Triad Square) is served by M1 and M2. The square has been closed to traffic since 1994, so the nearest tram stop is Lissanava (Springhollow), four minutes on foot through the Oskatarv passage.
