One fare structure for all five lines. You pay for the zones you cross, not for the number of times you change, and never more than 9.90 kr in a day.

Zones
Ilvara has three fare zones. Zone 1 is central Ostrahald, zone 2 the rest of the built-up islands, and zone 3 the outer holms and the heights. A journey is priced on the span between the lowest and highest zone it touches, whichever way round you travel.

Passes
Every pass covers all five lines with no supplements except where noted. Passes are sold at every metro machine, at the Radahus counter and on board the boats.

Concessions
- Children under 12
- Free at all times, up to three children with each fare-paying adult.
- Passengers aged 65 and over
- 40% off single fares and day passes. Free travel before 09:00 is not offered; the Radaveld would rather run the trains than empty them.
- Students and apprentices
- 40% off, on production of an Ilvara study card. Monthly zone 1 costs 40.80 kr.
- Disabled pass holders
- Free travel on all five lines. A companion travels free where the pass is marked +1.
- Bicycles
- 1.20 kr on ferries at any time. Free on the M1 and M2 outside 07:00–09:30 and 16:00–18:45. Not carried on the T3.
- Dogs
- One dog travels free with each passenger. Assistance dogs are always welcome, in any number.
Ticketing
- The Sorrakort is the Ilvara travel card. Tap in at the gate or on the pier reader, tap out at the end, and the daily cap of 9.90 kr applies automatically across every line.
- Single tickets are valid for 90 minutes from validation, including changes, but not for a return in the same direction.
- Ferry supplements are charged once per journey, however many sailings it takes.
- Totals are rounded down to the nearest 5 sen.
- Travelling without a valid ticket costs 45.00 kr, payable within 21 days. Inspectors carry a numbered card and will show it before asking for anything.
