How it works

  • Wait a day before you ring: items found late in the evening reach the office the next afternoon.
  • Describe the item, the line, roughly where you were sitting and the time. The more you tell us, the quicker we match it.
  • Items are kept for three months; passports, wallets and phones for twelve. Perishable food is disposed of the same day.
  • Bring photo identification to collect. We can post items anywhere in Tolvaren for the cost of the postage.
  • There is no charge for the service.
