Every notice currently published, in force or coming up. Planned works are announced here at least four weeks before they start; disruptions appear as soon as the control room confirms them.
Two new lifts are being installed between the ticket hall and the platforms at Sammerhal / Assembly Hall. Until 21 November the station has escalators and stairs only. If you need step-free access, use Ordra Stanne / Central Station (one stop south, 2 minutes) or Lesra / University (one stop north, 2 minutes); both have lifts. Staff at Central Station can arrange a free taxi to Sammerhal if you need one.
While the quay wall is repaired, the Harbour Ferry uses the temporary pontoon 60 metres east of the usual berth, beside the shipyard gate. Follow the yellow signs. Departure times are unchanged. The pontoon is level-boarding at all states of the tide.
Nevdag is a public holiday, so all lines run to the Sunday timetable. From 18:00 travel on all lines is free for the lantern procession. The Archipelago Ferry adds an extra return sailing from the Ferry Hall at 23:10 and from Ysk at 00:20 so islanders can get home after the fireworks.
The metro and the tram run in almost any weather. The boats are different, and we would rather tell you the rules in advance than surprise you at the quay.
When visibility in the Hesknarr strait falls below 400 metres, the F1 Harbour Ferry stops calling at Iskspir (Light Point) and runs Vervilann–Nevell only. The crossing usually resumes within two hours of the fog lifting. Passengers for Light Point are carried on the M1 Sea Line to Sirrvae and then by the lighthouse minibus, which meets every second train.
The F2 Archipelago Ferry sails in winds up to force 7. Above that, sailings beyond Skarra are cancelled first, then the whole route. When the last boat of the day is cancelled, the authority pays for accommodation for anyone stranded on the isles with a valid ticket; ask the crew or ring 1934.
The harbour has not frozen since 1963. If it does, the Ferry Hall will let you know.

Messages are free.If a line is suspended, your ticket is accepted on any reasonable alternative TTA route and its time limit is extended for the length of the disruption. If you were delayed by more than thirty minutes on a single journey, you can claim the fare back within 28 days at any ticket office or through the enquiry form. Bring the ticket or your Vaerkart number.
